Dip Shrugs (Serratus Shrugs)

Get on a dip stand and act like you’re going to perform a dip. Instead of bending your elbows like you are going to perform a dip, keep them straight and allow your traps to go up in a shrugging motion.

Next, push your shoulder blades down to the starting position.

Repeat, pushing your traps away from your ears back to the starting position.

REMINDER: Try to keep your shoulders from rotating internally (dropping and going towards your chest), which can take the serratus out of the movement.
