Lateral Step-Up with Contralateral Weight
-Weight is in hand opposite of foot that is on top of the bench or box ("contralateral")
-Keeping core tight, step up onto the box or bench (or any equipment around your home) laterally (to the side of you)
-Exhale as you stand up
-Inhale as you return to start and repeat for prescribed reps
