Segmented Hollowbody Hold

Modify the hollowbody hold with arms-only or legs-only as shown in this video to meet you where you are skill-wise.

Keep your entire back, especially your low back, driving into the floor by tucking your pelvis under throughout the movement and bringing your belly button up towards your bottom rib slightly. With your core now engaged, take your legs out to the appropriate height and reach based on what you can do without lifting your hips up or low back up off the ground.

Add-in your arms reaching overhead as you progress, as seen in the video.

The progressions to advance are shown in the video; go at your own pace, but stay slow and controlled throughout the movement.
