-With just your bodyweight, step up laterally to a box or bench as you exhale
-Lower yourself back to start
-Inhale and repeat prescribed number of reps per leg before switching legs
MODIFICATIONS:
-You can use a bench, box, step, or anything around the house that is elevated and sturdy.
