Renegade Rows
Start in plank position with wide-footed stance and shoulders over the dumbbells.
Alternating arms, bring one arm up towards you, focusing on bringing the dumbbell as close to the HIPS as possible.
Keep other arm extended out in plank.
Switch arms.
Keep core as stable as possible throughout the movement.
