Goblet Squat
NOTE: You can use a KB, DB, sandbag, water bottles, or any weight you have.
-Hold the weight in front of you as seen in the video
-Feet are shoulder-distance apart (a bit wider than your hips)
-Go down into a squat (to your depth and range of motion)
-Come out of the squat by bringing hips forward and extending legs to stand
-Repeat for prescribed reps
-Keep core engaged and spine neutral throughout the movement
