How to Get Rid of Obesity | Healthy Recipes

Obesity
Obesity is a condition in which a person has excess body fat & weighs at least 20% over the ideal body weight.
This excess fat increases one’s chances of suffering from heart attack, diabetes, hypertension & various other health conditions.

Recipes based on the above food groups:
Recipe 1: Vegetable soup
1. Add 1 tsp oil in a pressure cooker
2. Add about ½ tsp ginger paste to it
3. Now add 2 chopped spring onions to it
4. Add ½ a cup or green peas
5. Add all other ingredients
6. 1 chopped carrot
7. 2-3 chopped mushrooms
8. 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
9. Then add 1 cup sliced baby corns
10. Now add 1 ½ cup of water
11. Pressure cook this for 1-2 whistles
12. Once done, season this with some salt & pepper
13. Serve this hot
Recipe 2: Chicken salad
We have boiled and kept about 100 g of skinless chicken breast
1. Shred this boiled chicken
2. Saute those in a non-stick pan for about 5 min
3. Once done, transfer these pieces in a bowl
Let’s now add all the other ingredients to this salad
4. Add 8-10 cherry tomatoes cut into half
5. Chop ½ a capsicum and add it
6. Add ½ tsp roasted sesame seeds
7. Add 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
8. Now add 1 tbsp lemon juice
9. Also a handful of crushed basil leaves
10. Sprinkle some salt for taste
11. Toss this salad well before serving
You can add some dried herbs to this for a distinct flavor &
serve this with some flatbed crackers

• Avoid fried and fatty foods
• Avoid foods with high sugar content
• Adopt a suitable exercise regimen
