1. Fiber: Keeps stomach fuller
Foods to consume: Raspberries, pears, apples, oranges, artichokes, peas, broccoli, carrots & sweet corn
2. Whole grains:
Foods to consume: Oats, brown rice, quinoa, millets, lentils, black beans and other pulses
3. Protein: Burns calories
Foods to consume: Egg whites, fish, skinless chicken and sprouts
