Andrew Garfield is a British-American actor, born on August 20, 1983, in Los Angeles, California, but raised in Surrey, England. He is best known for his roles in "The Social Network," "The Amazing Spider-Man," and "Hacksaw Ridge."

Garfield began his acting career in the early 2000s, and his breakout role came in the 2010 film "The Social Network," where he played Eduardo Saverin, the co-founder of Facebook. He went on to portray Spider-Man in the rebooted franchise of the same name, as well as starring in the war drama "Hacksaw Ridge," for which he received critical acclaim.

Apart from his acting career, Garfield is also involved in humanitarian work and activism. He supports several organizations, including Worldwide Orphans Foundation, Youth Mentoring Connection, and Stand Up to Cancer.

Overhead tricep extensions - 3 sets of 20 reps
Arnold press - 3 sets of 15 reps

Tuesday - Lower Body
Jog on the treadmill - 15 minutes
Weighted lunges - 3 sets of 15 reps
Leg press - 3 sets of 10 reps
Box jumps - 3 sets of 15 reps
Front squats - 3 sets of 12 reps
Gorilla squats - 3 sets of 12 reps
Calf raises - 3 sets of 20 reps
V-Ups - 3 sets of 25 reps
Squat jumps - 3 sets of 20 reps
Deadlifts - 3 sets of 10 reps
Plank holds - 3 sets of 60-75 seconds

Wednesday - Cardio
Jog on the treadmill - 8-10 minutes

Wide grip pushups - 3 sets of 20 reps
