Hey everybody! This video is for everyone who feels like they don’t have enough time to workout. A lot of the routines out there are designed in station format (set, rest, set, rest, etc.). Those workouts are great for building strength and trying to beat PRs, but they often take a long time, especially when you tack on some volume. When you embrace the concept of circuit training to condense your workouts into shorter, more intense bouts of exercise, you can experience a big difference in your health and physique and you don't have to spend hours and hours per week working at it. Circuits got me through some of the busiest times in my life and allowed me to stay consistent with my fitness. In fact, I still return to calisthenics circuits now and then when I want to change things up. It’s just a fun and different way to work out.
