五香熏鱼 地道的老北京风味Deep-fried Tilapia with five spices sauce |阿屋厨房 Awoo Kitchen

This is an old Beijing style cold dish, savory and sweet with five spices flavor. I use tilapia fish, you can use any kind of fish to make this dish.

这是一道老北京风味的凉菜,咸中带甜,冷藏以后口味更佳。我使用的是罗非鱼,你可以使用任何一种鱼来做这道菜。

Deep-fried Tilapia with five spices sauce|阿屋厨房 Awoo Kitchen

Marinate fish:
tilapia chunks 720 g
5-6 ginger slices
2 stalks green onion
1/4 cup cooking wine (60 ml)

Five spices seasoning sauce ingredients:
water 500 ml
6-8 ginger slices
2 stalks green onion
3 star anise
1/2 piece of cassia bark
2-3 dried hot pepper
1/4 cup rock sugar 55 g
2 Tbsp soy sauce 30 ml
2 Tbsp dark soy sauce 30 ml
2-3 stalks cilantro
1 tsp salt or to taste
2 tsp sesame oil

Cornstarch and oil as needed.

腌製魚塊:
羅非魚塊 720克
5-6片薑片
2根葱

五香料汁材料:
清水500毫升
6-8片薑片
2根小葱
3個八角
半根桂皮
2-3個乾辣椒
1/4 杯冰糖 55 g
2 湯匙生抽 30 ml
2 湯匙老抽 30 ml
2-3根香菜
1小勺鹽或根據自己口味添加
2小勺香油

澱粉和油適量。
