SUPER BUSY? 2 Minute Full Body Circuit Workout

Too hectic, chaotic, or busy to find time to get some movement in? If you can find two minutes, here’s a way to get moving without any equipment.

The 2-minute full-body circuit workout works well when you’re short on time. You will:
- Get your muscles working
- Get your heart rate up
- Get yourself feeling good

The circuit boils down to variations on two movements: upper body with pushups and lower body with lunges. If you want to modify some of the movements, go ahead. The important parts are alternating the pushup variations with the lunge variations in the decreasing reps.
