Quick & Crispy Vegetable Fritters
With Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
Shredded:4 carrots, q zucchini, 1/2 medium cabbage.
Sliced:2 onions, 2 green onion
-2 tbsp garlic paste
-2 Medium grated potatoes
-Oil for frying
-1 teacup plain flour (or as needed)
-4 tbsp rice flour
-1 tsp mixed dry herbs
-1 tsp chilli flakes
-1 tsp dry mint
-salt to taste
DIPPING SAUCE
-4 tbsp light soy
-2 tsp rice wine
-1 tbsp hot sauce
-1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
-Mix well and set aside
Directions
-transfer to a large bowl shredded veggies:carrot, zucchini, cabbies, sliced onions, green onion, grated potatoes plain flour, rice flour, salt to taste, mixed dry herbs & mint very little water
-Heat 1 tbsp oil stir 1 tbsp garlic paste stir & cook till garlicky pour over vegetable mixture
-Mix well with hand until it is combined
-Heat larger pan over medium heat add olive oil.
Scoop handful mounds of the vegetable mixture into a pan flatting a bit & spacing them 1 inch apart
-Cook the fritters for 5 minutes or until they’re golden brown flip and cook other side as well until golden & crispy.
-Transfer the fritters to the paper towel lined plate
-Immediately Enjoy with a dipping sauce
