Grilled Seekh Chicken Kebabs
Juicy, Flavorful chicken seekh Kebabs is seasoned with herbs, aromatic spices grilled till golden
Traditionally Kebabs were made on coal fire, However today you can make these delicious mouthwatering chicken kebabs melting in your mouth with every single bite at home on a grill pan or oven
Ingredients
-250g Chicken mice
(Step-1)
-1/2 green capsicum
-6 garlic
-1 onion
-1 tsp salt
-Add to Food processor red bell pepper & onion chop very finely
And strain the juice
-( reserve the juice in a bowl)
(Step-2)
SAUCE MIXTURE
-ADD TO A SMALL MIXING BOWL
-Reserved onion & red bell pepper juice
-1/2 tbsp olive oil
-1/2 tsp tomato paste
-1 tbsp tomato ketchup
-1/2 lime juice
-1/2 tsp vinegar
-salt to taste (if required)
-Mix all together well and set aside
(Step-3
CHICKEN MARINATE
ADD TO A MIXING BOWL
-450g Chicken mince/kheema
-Strained red bell pepper, onion garlic
-handful coriander leaves
-1/2 lime juice
-1 tbsp flour
-1 egg white
-1 tbsp paprika/Kashmiri chilli powder
-1 tsp coriander powder
-1/2 tbsp fennel powder
-1 tsp homemade garam masala powder
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-salt to taste
-Mix well all together with hand let it ready for 4 hours
-Soak wooded bamboo skewers in water
fill a plate with water and place the bamboo skewers in the water. Make sure the skewers are fully submerged soak for 1 hour
-4 hours later wet your hands with water & divide the mixture into equal portions & start shaping each portions onto a wooden skewers creating a uniformly flattened shape around each skews
-Over baking tray with aluminium foil, place grill on a baking try & place skewers on the grill, brush with onion red bell pepper sauce mixture and grill for 5 minutes
-5 minutes later flip them brush onion & red bell pepper mixture sauce and continue to grill, until they cook through
-Rest for 5 minutes
-Remove chicken seekh from the skewer
-Now place tortilla wrap/chapati
Brush with onion Red bell pepper sauce mixture all over evenly and grill for 5 minutes
-5 minutes later place grill kebabs,
Serve with onion tomato salad/green chutney.
-Enjoy!!!
