Big Broken Wheat/Daliya/Sajjig Simple Healthy breakfast

Big Broke Wheat/Daliya/Sajjige which is super healthy & also very tasty.. Not only for a healthy this Sajjige with seasoning with Mustard seeds urad dal, fresh grated coconut which gives a unique & nutty taste also hint of spiciness from green chilies & flavors from curry leaves just delicious
Ingredients
-1 coffee mug broken wheat
-2.5 coffee mug hot water
-2 tsp sugar
-1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
-salt to taste
-1 tbsp ghee
Seasoning/Tadka
-1.5 tsp mustard seeds
-1 tsp urad dal
-2 spring curry leaves
-2 green chillies cut
-2 tbsp oil
-1 tsp ghee
(Step-1)
Dry roast Broken Wheat until you see change in color, switch off the flame and allow to cool
-In a pressure cooker add water, sugar, salt, ghee bring it to a boil,
Once water star to boil add roasted Daliya/broken wheat. Mix well
Close the lid and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
-After 3 whistles turn off the flame and allow the pressure to reduce naturally
-Open the lid fluff Daliya With a spoon set aside
-Heat oil In a wide dish over low flame, add ghee once the oil is hot enough add mustard seeds allow to pop, add head dal, green chilies, curry leaves, add freshly grated coconut stir & cook for a second
-Now add cooked Dalits/Sajjige mix well with a seasoning & coconut
-Enjoy cold or hot with bananas
