15 MINUTE FEEL GOOD FLOW | Feel Good Flow for Better Performance

Join me from the Seacoast of NH for this 15 minute feel good flow. You will be moving better and feeling better with this feel good flow for better performance and added bonus enjoy the outdoors! We work our way from hip opener to chest openers to twisted lunges to chair pose building strength and mobility as we flow! This practice is a great way to start your day or have a mid day wake up or maybe as a cool down from a workout. There are poses here to help with low back pain, hip pain, to mid back pain! Come have fun, let's enjoy the waves, and get our yoga on!
