It is normal to have a lumbar lordosis curve in your spine in the lower back. This is useful for proper posture, shock absorption, etc. However, regarding the curvature of the spine, it isn't good for that curve to be too excessive or too lacking. Commonly, many people have an excessive curve, which causes compression and lower back pain. However, quite a number of people also have flat back syndrome, where their back is flat and can cause issues as well.
To restore a proper lumbar lordosis from your back being too flat, you can do things like strengthen your glutes and lower back, stretch your hamstrings and glutes, and stretch your abs. Doing these things should bring your spine into better alignment over time from your back being too flattened.
