Rear Delt Flyes: My Favorite 2-For-1 Exercise!

Many people unfortunately solely focus on muscles they immediately see in the mirror. By focusing solely on these muscles and neglecting their back muscles, a muscle imbalance can develop over time. This can lead to things like rounded shoulder posture, which can increase one's chance of getting injured.
By one doing rear delt flyes they can target their posterior deltoid, as well as their scapular adductor muscles. This will develop their body more evenly, as well as bring them into better posture. If these muscles are stronger, it will lessen the chances of one getting a shoulder injury too. This is why rear delt flyes are among my most favorite of all exercises to do.
