Is Walking The #1 Exercise For Fat Loss?

Controlling your diet and taking daily walks CAN help you lose stubborn belly fat.

Not only that, but the mental health benefits of daily walking are also a fantastic reason to do it too.

Taking a 30 minute walk in a fasted state, first thing in the morning, after your morning water is an excellent way to start the day and get your metabolism firing.

Later in the day, after a big meal, another walk will help to soak up the glucose from the meal, increase your energy, and improve your digestion.

Adding 30-60 minutes of walking into your daily schedule will help you shift stubborn fat from your body, without the need for more intense workouts.

That being said, there is a place for HIIT workouts, and I'll discuss that in a future video.
