Today’s guest is Lee Spach, one of the Fit Father Projects’ most visibly successful members.

Having lost 110lbs at the age of 50, and getting into better shape than he was back in his Army Ranger days, Lee continues to keep the weight off by following what he learned on the FFP program.

Dr. Anthony digs into Lee’s entire men’s weight loss story, from the physical assessment that spurred his decision to lose weight to being a regular runner who is in incredible physical shape and healthier than many men 20 years younger.
