One of the greatest human superpowers is the ability to change your behavior at will. Changing human behavior leads to changing results.

We have two sides to our mind, rational and irrational. The rational side uses logic and reason (the Rider) to think and make decisions, while the irrational side uses emotion (the Elephant). Both of these sides of our mind must work together to achieve a goal (the Path) or change a behavior.

In this video, we'll use the story of the elephant, the rider, and the path to draw parallels to behavioral psychology, teaching you how to make changes in your life.
