Episode 79 of the Fit Father Project Podcast is all about how to lead by example in your family, at work, or anywhere else in life.

In this episode, you’ll meet Orlando, a 55-year-old husband and father of five who, as a director of operations at a steel company, manages over 70 people.

Orlando is also an 18-year Army vet, where he manages another 70+ people.

So, between home, work, and the military, he has a lot of people he needs to lead by example!

About eight months ago, Orlando had a wake-up call. He was hard at work when he suddenly began feeling chest pains and like he couldn’t breathe.

He was rushed to the hospital and luckily nothing major was wrong.

But it made him look within and realize he was overweight and not living as well as he should be.

He was doing his own nutrition and exercise, but he needed more — and he needed structure.

He thought Old School Muscle (OSM) was the answer, but after spending some time in the Fit Father Project Brotherhood, he was convinced to start with FF30X.

The recommendations of his fellow Brothers were spot on, and it led Orlando down a path where he’s been able to drop 35 pounds, pack on a ton of muscle, and get into the best shape of his life! Hear his special army vet weight loss story!
