You would be surprised how often this one comes up!
If you are lacking rotational exercises for your hips then you could be running into weakness in areas that need strength.
Hence the nip.
Another possible cause is weak hip flexors
A nice solution for that is to fire them up and retest the movement that is causing you issues!
If you notice improvement then keep at it! If not then make an appointment to get seen to!
