Doorframe Squat Stretch - The Best Full Body Stretch!

Your doorframe!!

Removing the need to hold yourself up in a squat by holding onto something like your doorframe, a bannister, or a rig post is the best way to work on your deepest positions safely!

You can try moving around into loads of different positions and try creating tension by pushing your arms into your legs, or legs into your arms!

Set a timer for 5 minutes and see what different movement, stretch & strengthening variations you can come up with. (Making sure to take breaks as needed and come up to shake the legs off regularly)

Great one to add into a daily mobility habit and any warm ups! 😄
