The BEST Deep Glute Stretch // Figure 4 Wall Stretch

I don’t tend to hang around in many stretches but the Figure 4 Wall Stretch is an amazing one for your glutes and external hip rotation!
It's a great position to spend a few minutes each side in until you feel your hips starting to relax and that you've made a difference.
the Figure 4 position is easily scalable to your current level of flexibility, and is super effective for helping the likes of sciatica, back pain or knee pain!
If you struggle to sit crossed legged or get deep into your squat then this is the drill for you!
Make you feel the stretch in your hip with no pressure on your knee, and keep your breathing really relaxed. Hang out and let your mind wander... just don’t think about Tom in pink hot pants or you might get a little hot under the collar!
