How to Stretch Properly (so you don't need to stretch as much)

All too often I see people just going through the motions when they stretch.

No focus, no reasoning, they just know they should stretch and try and get through their reps as quick as possible... no wonder you're not getting any more flexible!

Try doing this instead and you'll find you need to spend less time stretching to get better results!
