One of the best hamstring strength exercises

The hamstring slider is just an amazing exercise hands down. I have seen this drill help so many people with SO many training or pain issues it’s unreal!

People that have been stuck in the constant stretching routines and people with limited range of motion or pain having incredible changes after 15 minutes of working on this.

This is one of the drills I want to put to you guys that SHOULD BE EASY! Make that your mission!

So my challenge to you is to get yourself to a point that you can do 3 sets of 15 reps unbroken with ease.

I don’t care how long it takes, and when you get the hang of it you won’t have to do it as often...
It’s not a big ask... and I’ll love you forever 😍
