Shoulder Dislocates with a stick or PVC pipe

As much as I love the Banded Shoulder Dislocate for muscle activation, it's very easy to get away with flexibility compensations.

The stick is not so nice about your awkward shoulders! Any lack of rotation from side to side will be highlighted pretty quickly. But, the nice thing is it only take practice to improve this!

Start off nice and wide and use a mirror or record yourself to see how well you can perform the dislocate, then over time gradually increase how close your hands are.

The closer you can and still keep a smooth & symmetrical rotation, the better your shoulders will move!

Hopefully you already have these in your warm ups, this is just another example of something you can easily get better at EVERY time you do them, don’t just do them half heartedly!

Put some effort into it!
