==THE EVIL AB WORKOUT OF DOOM TEST==

Designed and tested this tonight after a request for an "evil ab workout of doom" after the international success of "The evil butt workout of doom" 😂😂

5 rounds with 2 minute rests

Unbroken:
10 GHD sit ups (scaled 20 sit ups)
10 sit up plate raises
5,5,5 slow strict knee raises left middle right
20 hollowbody rocks

As challenging as it was I don't think it really deserves the title, the the "evil" workouts you really want to be sore afterwards.

As always with ab training - this is just a bit of fun... plus I'm carrying a bit of holiday weight which makes it look less impressive 🤔

This is not real core training, this is just "trying to make your abs sore for a laugh" training. Challenging but there are more important things!

I'll call it "ab test 1"
