We are targeting the upper body in today's Sculpted Arms workout! Focusing on building lean muscle, tone and definition in the arms by performing multiple sets of these bicep, tricep and shoulder exercises. Get ready to feel the burn!!

Breakdown: 10 reps x 4 straight sets
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!
