FULL PULL DAY WORKOUT EXPLAINED | "Tone Up" Your Upper Body with Me!

Hello lovers! Coming at you guys with a short & sweet video today of a fully explained pull day workout - meaning we're targeting our back, biceps, and rear delts (the back part of our shoulders). I've been a lot happier with the way my upper body has been looking lately so I wanted to share what my workouts usually consist of. We're here for a muscular back okaay!!!

FULL WORKOUT *so you can take me with you to the gym hehe*
- Dynamic Stretch + Mobility Work
- Warm Up: Assisted Pull Up Machine (both narrow + wide grip) | 2x12 each.
- Lat Pulldown Variation | 4x12
- Chin Ups | 3xAMRAP *feel free to use the assisted pull up machine again or large resistance bands for assistance)
- Seated Cable Row | 3x12-15
- Cable Preacher's Curl | 4x15 *can use the normal preachers curl bench if more comfortable*
- Preloaded Barbell Rear Delt Pull | 3x12
