Hello beauties! This week i'm sharing my go-to summer routine to get back on track and restore my healthy habits. At this time of year I love to keep my workouts as short as possible to keep me energised and toned but not take up too much of my day. Believe me, 20 minutes is sometimes all you need for an effective pilates workout that leaves you feeling strong and sculpted. I'm also sharing my go-to healthy habits and eating routine while on holiday on this beautiful tropical island.
