For today's workout we have something a little bit different! In this class we enjoy a smooth and flowing legs and butt focussed pilates session while ALSO working through some affirmations and mindset exercises to improve our self-love and gratitude for our bodies. We finish up the class with a beautiful meditation and visualisation session to elevate our mindset and self image.
