Pilates Tone + Stretch for Period Cramps, Tension and Bloat | Movement for your Menstrual Phase

Ok guys this is the class you didn't know you needed! If you are doing regular toning and strengthening workouts regularly then chanced are you need to take time to stretch and release tension from those hard working muscles. Especially during your period/menstrual phase you need to pay more attention to your body and give it the rest and care it needs. Intense exercise on or around your period can often be counter-productive. It can lead to hormone imbalance, promote muscle wastage and fat storage. This class is perfect when you need a light workout (especially during your period/menstrual phase) or when you just feel like re-connecting to your body. I'm really enjoying mixing up our movement styles and trying some different things here on this channel.
