Ingredients:

850g Boneless Chicken Thighs cut into cubes
1/2 tbsp Paprika
1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Salt
1 Yellow Onion
2 tbsps Greek Yogurt

2 tbsps Olive Oil
Lime Juice

Toum or Garlic Sauce - Recipe and macros here: https://youtu.be/Gi4kGNQ9s3o

Procedure:

Mix and marinate everything for at least 30 minutes.

Skewer. Grill or bake. Do not fry.

If using the oven, preheat at 180C. Bake for 10 mins. Increase temperature to 240C and bake for another 10 mins.

Best served with Toum or Garlic Sauce. Enjoy!
