Quick & Easy Keto Cheesy Loaf! Shorter version #Shorts
Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:
8 tbsps Coconut flour
1 tbsp Baking powder
200 grams or 1 bar Cheddar cheese
2 tbsps Equal Gold or 4 tbsps Erythritol
Wet Ingredients:
6 tbsps melted Butter
8 medium Eggs
Toppings:
Cheddar cheese
Blanched almonds or any toppings of your choice
Preheat oven at 175C. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Add toppings. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool. Slice and Enjoy! Nom nom!
Note: You can steam this for 30-40 minutes if you don't have an oven. You just need to do the toothpick test.
