These donuts won't make you fat! #Shorts
This is my version of Krispy Kreme's Cinnamon Sugar and Original Glazed! Cinnamon Sugar Donut is only 2g net carbs while Original Glazed Donut is only 3g net carbs! Eat with pleasure not with guilt.
Donuts Recipe
Dry Ingredients:
12 tbsps Almond Flour
4 tbsps Coconut Flour
2 tsps Xanthan Gum
1 tsp Baking Powder
5 tbsps Erythritol Granules
Wet Ingredients:
4 Eggs
4 Coconut Oil
Procedure:
Mix the dry ingredients until well combined
Whisk the eggs. Add coconut oil and mix until well combined.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients until it forms into a sticky dough.
Grease the donut pan/mold. Use a piping bag with no tip and put enough of the dough on each cavity. Tap it.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350F. Preheated. Let it cool.
Cinnamon Sugar Donuts
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture Ingredients:
1/4 cup Erythritol Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
2 tbsps melter Butter
Procedure:
Mix erythritol and cinnamon powder until well combined.
Dip each side of the donuts with butter. I used 4 donuts.
Coat with cinnamon sugar mixture and set aside.
Glazed Donuts
Glazed Donuts Mixture Ingredients:
1/4 cup Erythritol Powder
2 tsps Vanilla Extract
2 tbsps Cream or Whipping Cream
Procedure:
Microwave for 20 minutes or melt and mix in low heat for 2 minutes.
Dip one side of the donuts with the glaze. I used 4 donuts.
Note: Erythritol crystallizes rapidly. You may warm the glazed donuts in microwave or serve it as it is just like what I did.
