Keto Single-Serve Strawberry Chaffle! #Shorts
Ingredients:
Whipped cream - https://youtu.be/KQayrQVDEAQ
fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries or any toppings of your choice
1 egg
1 tbsp Coconut flour
1 tbsp All Purpose Cream
1 packet of Equal Gold or any sweetener of your choice
1/2 tbsp Coconut oil
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsps Strawberries (sliced and whole)
Less than 1 serving of Whipped cream - https://youtu.be/KQayrQVDEAQ
Optional: Cinammon and/or matcha powder
Procedure
Mix the wet and dry ingredients until well combined.
Grease your chaffle maker, add enough of the chaffle mixture one at a time, cook and set aside.
Refrigerate for a few minutes.
Assembly:
Get one chaffle, then add a layer of whipped cream and strawberries.
Repeat the process.
Top it with whipped cream, strawberries and dust it with unsweetened pure japanese matcha powder. Enjoy!
