Keto Chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients:
Chicken Tikka - Recipe: https://youtu.be/cJzxU1gUrFE
1 Red onion
2 tsps Ginger paste
4 Bay leaves
3 green Cardamom pods
3 cloves Garlic
2 tbsps Butter
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsps Cumin powder
2 tsps Coriander powder
2 tsps Red chili powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 Beef stock cube
1 Tomato
1 Green bell pepper
2 cups Water
2 tbsps Keto peanut butter or almond paste
Salt and pepper to taste
Coriander leaves
All purpose cream
Blanched slivered almonds
Optional: Red food color
Procedure:
Saute the cumin powder, bay leaves, green cardamoms pods and garlic in butter for a few minutes to render the spices.
Add and saute the onion until translucent and brown.
Add the ginger paste and saute for a few minutes. Add and saute the tumeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, and garam masala for a minute.
Add tomato, water, beef cube and mix. Then, cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Add bell pepper, peanut butter, chicken tikka, and red food color (optional). Let it simmer.
When done, top it with cream, almonds, and garnish with fresh coriander. *Best served with Keto Naan.
