Keto Strawberry Chaffle for the fam! My kids love it!
Strawberry Chaffle Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 to 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries
Whipped cream - https://youtu.be/KQayrQVDEAQ
4 eggs
4 tbsps Coconut flour
4 tbsps All Purpose Cream
2 or more packets of Equal Gold (adjust to your liking)
2 tbsps Coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
Optional: Cinnamon and/or unsweetened pure japanese matcha powder
Procedure:
Mix the wet and dry ingredients in two separate bowls.
Then, mix everything in one bowl until well combined.
Grease your chaffle maker, add enough of the chaffle mixture one at a time, cook and set aside.
Refrigerate for a few minutes.
Assembly:
Get one chaffle, then add a layer of whipped cream and strawberries. Repeat the process.
Top it with whipped cream, strawberries.
Then, dust it with unsweetened pure japanese matcha powder.

Protein 9g
Fat 21g
