Eggless Keto Garlic Butter Naan #Shorts

Dry Ingredients:

1/2 cup Coconut flour
1 tsp Equal Gold or any keto approved sweetener
2 tbsps Psyllium Husk
1/2 tsp Baking powder
Salt to taste

1/2 cup hot water
2 tbsps Butter for frying

Garlic Butter Mixture:

2 tbsps melted Butter
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp Coriander leaves

Procedure:

Mix the dry ingredients until well combined.

Add hot water. Mix until it forms into a dough. If the dough is to dry, add hot water as needed.

Knead. Equally divide into 4. Form each one into a ball. Rest for 15 minutes.

When done, align 2 parchment papers, put each one in between and press it. You may use a pan, tortilla press or rolling pin. Then fix its shape.

Heat butter in a non-stick pan and cook one side.

When it begins to rise up a bit, flip it. Top it with the garlic butter mixture. And remove it once cooked.

This is best served with Keto Beef Curry. Top with freshly grated mozzarella cheese and coriander leaves.
