My Diet To Build Lean Muscle Mass (FULL DAY OF EATING)

Hey! It's your muscle-building coach Lee Hayward and this is my diet to build lean muscle mass. This diet is a perfect combo for me in terms of energy, feeling good, managing hunger and staying healthy.

My diet doesn't contain gourmet meals. In fact, it's a very simple diet that anyone can follow. I have also included the macros for my diet, which is roughly 2500 calories.
