04:12 – I live in Texas and I work outside loading airplanes. In June, through parts of September we get 95 plus degree temperatures. What do you suggest as foods for that time of year to be able to build muscle? Sometimes it is so hot that I’m not hungry but I still want to try and make progress. Please help.

54:10 – Is training each muscle once per week like a bro split or push-pull-legs once, okay? I find full-body workouts too long and taxing. I’m currently late 30’s and my goal is to maintain muscle.
