The other day I received a comment from one of my subscribers that is literally the LONGEST comment that I've ever gotten on a YouTube video.

Just out of curiosity I copied the comment into a word counter and it came out to be 1,289 words! Heck, I know students who struggle to write 1,000 words for a paper and this guy did it in one YouTube comment.

Anyway, the bottom line is this person is just over thinking his workouts, diet, supplements, etc. He's not even working out yet, but wants to make sure that he has the most absolute perfect workout, nutrition, and supplementation regimen in place before he even starts.

This is a classic case of "Paralysis by Analysis" because there is no such a thing as a perfect workout, perfect diet, etc. You just have to jump in and get started and then you can focus on improving or making any changes as needed along the way.

The most important thing that a beginner can do, is simply show up to the gym consistently and focus on eating natural unprocessed foods. It doesn't have to be any more complicated than that at the beginning.

Building muscle and losing fat is actually quite simple and there's no need to over complicate the process. You'll be amazed at the results you can achieve by simply being consistent with the basics over the long term.
