37:20 – On a previous video chat you mentioned that 4 days of full-body workouts a week are ideal, if possible, instead of 3 days. So, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays are ideal. So, how on this split do you work out each body part 4 times a week or do you have to split upper and lower body each day? And how many sets per body part do you have to do?

46:42 – I do 15 to 20 pump reps but make the last 3 reps hard before the 3 reps get hard. I have 5 seconds to rest on the reps. Is that okay?

48:40 – If you go heavy on a muscle group, would you recommend going light the next day on the same muscle for high reps for recovery (blood flow)?

50:58 – I’m assuming you have a short head bicep to have the big peaks that you do. What do you need to do to get bicep peaks like yours?

54:12 – Is periodization needed for hypertrophy?

57:38 – It is said now that carnitine increases androgen receptors’ functionality, so testosterone utilization is more efficient. Is this true?

59:10 – You mentioned earlier about building bigger biceps to get the peaks, but I keep hearing ‘supernating’ and ‘pronating’ when looking up exercises. I don’t really know what this means.
