Watup guys! In this video we'll be going over muscle imbalances and how you can work toward fixing them! There are many exercises that can help to even out imbalances that you may have. Unilateral exercises (exercises that focus on one side at a time) will be the main method to fixing imbalances and becoming strong on both halves of your body.
