WORKOUT:

- 10 Pistol Squats Per Leg
- 30 Seconds Rest
- 20 Jumping Lunges + 10 Squats
- 30 Seconds Rest
- 20 Jump Squats
- 30 Seconds Rest
- Pistol Squats - Alternate Legs To FAILURE

In this video we'll be doing a 5 minute home leg workout that you can do anytime, anywhere! All you need is you body weight. Keep in mind that if you find this workout to easy you can always add some weight and if you find it too hard you can drop down the reps to make it easier and more suited to your current level! I hope you enjoy the workout!
