In this video we'll be going over how to do: around the world pull ups with correct form. This pull up variation combines the archer pull up and the typewriter pull up into one fluid exercise.
This exercise will target your lats and other muscles in your back, biceps, rear delts and of course your abs and core.
The key to this exercise is to focus on control the movement to get the reps in with proper form and to maximize muscle activation and growth!
