In this video we'll be doing a 5 minute home chest workout! So follow along or save this workout for later!

All you need is 5 minutes to get a good pump, some decent chest activation and to break a sweat, so try this out yourself and let me know in the comments section how you found this workout.

If this is too easy make it harder and if it's too hard make it easier. Adapt this workout to your level by doing easier or harder variations and/ or by doing more or less reps in the given time.

WORKOUT:
- 20 seconds regular push ups
- 20 seconds rest
- 20 seconds diamond push ups
- 30 seconds rest
- 30 seconds archer push ups
- 30 seconds rest
- 30 seconds (5 seconds down, 5 seconds up, repeat)
- 30 seconds rest
- 30 seconds plyometric push ups
- 30 seconds rest
- 30 seconds pseudo planche push ups
