In this video we'll be going over how you can target your lats with calisthenics to widen your back and get the V-taper look! The pull up variation used is the wide grip pull up. By widening your grip you will be putting more emphasis on your lats allowing them to grow and become stronger! Remember to use correct form in order to target your lats to the best of your ability.
